It has been brought to our attention that greyhound skin/fur has been offered for sale on Ebay ... obviously this is unacceptable morally and will be illegal by the end of 2008 under new EU laws banning the sale of cat and dog fur in the EU. We ask you to contact Ebay and express your concern and disgust that such items are allowed to be sold online by Ebay. Below is a sample email sent to Ebay by South West Animal Protection. Please be polite, it makes more of an impact and people are more likely to actually read your email/letter.

We feel it is immoral for ebay to allow such products that promote animal cruelty to be allowed to be sold on your site.

Please remove them immediately. Your company should have ethics about this sort of thing.
