USEFUL LINKS TO OTHER ANIMAL RIGHTS/PROTECTION GROUPS: updated 18/01/08

This is just a taster of the many groups out there doing excellent work for the animals - most of the sites contain their own "links" page to yet more groups.

Hunting may have been "banned" on 18th February 2005 ... but the Police aren't implementing it and it is being widely flouted by the hunts ... which means foxes, hares and other animals are still being hunted and ripped apart ... the only way to stop this, is for groups like Hunt Watch to gather information and launch prosecutions ... click on their logo to find out more about how you can help.

If you know of a link that you think should be included here, please feel free to e-mail it to us.

If you would like to add a link to Greyhound Action to your site, feel free to use either of the logos to your left (simply right click and save to your hard drive).

New initiative:
To mark the bi-centenary of the ending of human slavery in the UK (or the legal end at least), a group of animal campaigners have set up a new website to document the work of people who are trying to abolish all forms of animal slavery and abuse ... they are also calling on people to write testimonies about how they feel about animal abuse and what they are doing to stop it.

The UK Animal Rights Web Directory: Does what it says ... It is an online webdirectory of mainly UK specific animal rights websites. It contains many links in over a dozen categories and is added to and updated regularly ... so if you are looking for a contact ... you'll most likely find it here
