Yet another dog found in a disgraceful condition

This dog was found in Wicklow, he had been living with itinerant travellers. He has sarcoptic mange, is bleeding from the mouth and has blisters all over him. He has just got hair on his head and some of his back. If you looked through this website or know anything about the plight of greyhounds in the UK and Ireland you will know that unfortunately this is far from an unusual case.
